Obituary
Dr. Theodore C. Smith (Ted) passed away June 28, 2018 at the age of 87 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Ted was born in Oklahoma City. After attending medical school at Indiana University, he served from 1957-1959 in the U.S. Navy as a physician. He made California his home until retiring from his practice of Anesthesiology and settled in Heber Springs where he resided until his passing. Ted enjoyed history, being a pilot, fishing and was an avid traveler.
He was predeceased by his parents Steele and Grace Smith and survived by his daughter, Jerri Elliott of California, a brother and 2 nephews.
At his request, no services will be held.
