Tommy Joe Rowland age 74 passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020 at St Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.  He was born on June 4, 1945 in Camden, Arkansas to the late Mattie Dalby and Joe Rowland.  Tommy worked as a mechanic for C & R Transmissions.  He was preceded death by his parents; son, Gerrel Rowland.

He is survived by daughter, Catherine Rowland; grandson, David Lee of Monticello.
