Virgil Moneymaker, age 86 of Sheridan passed away Monday, August 2, 2021 at his home.  He was born on December 16, 1934 in Brickys, Arkansas to George S. and Myrtle Blackburn Moneymaker.  Virgil served his country in the United States Army.  He was preceded in death by wife, Betty Moneymaker; parents George Moneymaker and Myrtle Blackburn; grandson, Kody Moneymaker; brothers, Billy Moneymaker, Johnny Moneymaker, and Bobby Moneymaker.

Virgil is survived by son, Charles (Annette) Moneymaker; daughter, Marsha (Greg) Satterfield; grandchildren, Scott Satterfield, Melissa Satterfield, and Jeff(Meaghan) Satterfield; brothers, Richard (Kathryn) Moneymaker and Mike Moneymaker; sisters, Virginia (John) Leverette of Dallas, Shirley Morton and Nancy Moneymaker.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremation Services of Arkansas (501)313-5431.
