Wilbur Leroy Hamer, age 68 of Mabelvale passed away at home on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.  He was born on August 22, 1952 in Pekin, Ill to Frances Mae Allen and Wilbur Andrew Hamer.

Wilbur is survived by wife, Barbara Butterfield Hamer; daughter, Tara Stroud.
